Tafero EM tablet is a generic fixed-dose antiretroviral medication containing Emtricitabine (200 mg) and Tenofovir Alafenamide (25 mg). It is primarily prescribed for the treatment of HIV-1 and, in some cases, as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to reduce the risk of contracting HIV.
